Boston bib lettuce, hard-boiled egg, haricots verts, salade niçoise olives with lemon and Valrhona Opaly white chocolate dressing

Bouillabaisse

Clams, mussels, shrimp, and monkfish in a Provencal seafood broth served with a grilled French baguette

Cornish Game Hen Coq Au Vin

Cornish game hen braised in red wine, Valrhona dark chocolate and herbs, served with roasted seasonal vegetables and buttered pappardelle pasta
